Yes. Julrik apps process everything locally on your device: your recordings, transcripts, conversations and notes are never sent to a server. That is what makes them usable for confidential work.
A connection is required on first launch to download the models onto your device, and for purchase and updates through the Mac App Store. After that, the apps work entirely offline.
No. They are independent products, sold separately, and none requires the others. Buy only the one that fits your needs.
They are native macOS apps, built for macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later. There is no iOS or iPadOS version.
You are. The Julrik apps are professional tools: using them within the rules of your profession is your responsibility, including obtaining the consent of the people you record. And given that transcription, speaker separation and the assistant’s answers are automatic, they are imperfect: reread them before relying on what they produce, because you remain responsible for the content.
Purchases are handled by Apple. Refunds are requested directly from Apple, through the Mac App Store process.
